A Note from the Building Corporation

As of March 16th, 2016, the Delta Chi House at 23 Preble Street in Gorham Maine has been sold. Since it's public record now and many of you wanted to know, the sale price we accepted for The House was $141,313. As you may already be aware of the attraction to the buyer was that it was zoned as a boarding house and they intend to keep it as boarding house for low income renters. It is a sad day in the GSC history but the memories and friendships will last forever.
